I worked a lot of shows last year and I am now planning work for 2023. Just wondering if any of you guys set a specific intention for finding work in the new year? What would you like to keep and what do you need to change to keep growing?

For me it's honing in on a specific kind of work. My goal is to do at least one system calibration gig this quarter. It may seem like a small goal, but it's enough to motivate me to reach out to my current clients to ask for referrals and probably good enough for a first attempt.
