It will be as safe and powerful as we want it to be, so let's treat the space well.

Safety lets people take risks and be creative with unformed ideas. We are creating a place where you can:

• drop your defenses and trust the group. 
• be yourself without anything bad happening. 
• have permission to make so called "dumb questions" and "mistakes" outside of a high-stakes live production environment. 
• be imperfect. 
• say something untrue, but be accepted and supported anyway.
• be yourself without being concerned about how you look.

How to keep the room safe:

• Don't be critical. Do ask questions and be curious.
• Don't give advice. Do share stories and experience.
• Do have fun. Avoid being overly clever or glib.

For optimal safety and best results for all we agree to maintain the following standards of support:

• Confidentiality: We do not take the contents of this community outside of it unless we have specific permission.
• When leaving feedback we keep it brief and direct, framing it in the positive, while avoiding advice.
• If someone asks a question and we know the answer, we also provide evidence with a demonstration or link to further reading.
• When receiving feedback, we keep an open mind.
